Welcome to Rickwood Estates Ltd — a long-established family business with over 70 years of experience in creating peaceful and welcoming residential park home estates.

Our journey began in 1953 with the founding of Rickwood Park. Since then, we’ve expanded to include Restavon Park in 1993 and Climping Park in 1998. Each estate has grown under the guidance of three generations of family leadership, all sharing a commitment to high standards, community care, and genuine attention to residents’ needs.

Our dedicated and experienced Residential Parks Manager, along with a loyal team, ensures that each park is maintained with pride and personal care — values that have become increasingly rare in today’s world.

Cheryl goes above and beyond helping people on this park. She will do almost anything to assist anyone with a problem no matter how large or small. She always has a smile for whoever she meets on the park, but very business like when it comes to something serious to sort out. I have nothing but admiration for her, it is not an easy job. Cheryl is the most kind and caring person I have ever met and probably will ever meet, and may long she stay.

This will be my last move the next will be in a coffin. I hope not for sometime yet.
