Setting and Local Area

Picturesque Landscapes

Restavon Park lies in the charming town of Biggin Hill. Just 3 miles from the park is the historic Downe House and gardens, once the home of renowned naturalist Charles Darwin. Here, you can stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens, orchards, and surrounding picturesque countryside. In addition, take the opportunity to enjoy scenic walks along the North Downs Way, taking in ancient woodlands, tranquil meadows, and rolling hills.

Road Connections

Situated on the border of London and Kent, with easy access to five nearby motorways (M25, M23, M2, M20, and M26), Restavon Park is ideally located to explore the South East and Kent coastlines.

Local Towns

The park is just 2 miles from Biggin Hill town, which provides all the day-to-day essentials with a good selection of shops, restaurants, schools, the famous heritage airfield, and glorious woodlands. Nearby motorways offer easy access to Bromley, Croydon, Lakeside, and Bluewater, while frequent trains from Orpington and Bromley mean central London is just a short ride away.

Geographic Area

Berrys Green Road is located on the outskirts of Biggin Hill town centre and offers the perfect location to enjoy days out in London or at the Kent coast — always returning to the peace and tranquillity of a countryside home. Nearby woods provide a stunning destination for walkers and cyclists, while golf enthusiasts can indulge their passion at the area’s numerous clubs. And not to forget the rich history of the area — visit the famous airfield museum to learn more about the vital role Biggin Hill played in the Second World War.
