Lived here for just over 4 years now, beautiful place very well kept, and all the neighbours are really nice and friendly, it's a family park so children are welcome, you have your own parking space, there is a small car park as you come in for visitors, best of both worlds as it's in the countryside but 5 mins from biggin hill by car, there is a bus service after a little walk to the bus stop.

Tranquil, well managed Park Home estate that has been hugely improved over the years. Picturesque with a good, mostly middle-aged, community. If you do not have a car the bus stop is a 10 minute walk, and buses run every 80 minutes between Orpington and Biggin Hill, but not on Sundays. Great value for a home in a London borough (Bromley)
